Nonprofit Resources

The Spartanburg County Foundation is more than just a grantmaker.  We strive to be a knowledge source for nonprofits and donors alike.  The Nonprofit Resource Library is a central location for nonprofits to conduct best practice research and learn more about the educational opportunities available though the Foundation.

 Planned Giving

The Spartanburg County Foundation has provided leadership you can trust for over 72 years.  As a convener, grantmaker, and knowledge source, the Foundation offers nonprofit organizations with the opportunity to establish agency endowment funds to grow their organization for the future.  An agency endowment fund provides resources year after year to assist your organization in meeting the many needs in our community.   In addition, donors may contribute a variety of assets, including bequests by will.  The Foundation can assist you and your donors with planned giving opportunities to sustain the mission of your nonprofit through specially crafted brochures to help advertise your fund to educational speaking engagements for donors and supporters.  Opening an agency endowment fund with the Foundation not only creates opportunities for your organization currently, it provides the means for your organization to grow for the future.
