Nodira Sidikova

Nodira Sidikova serves as Director of First Impressions and Logistics for the Robert Hett Chapman Center for Philanthropy on the Spartanburg County Foundation Campus. She works to coordinate all aspects of the Center of Philanthropy experience, from coordinating space reservations and events held in the Center, managing the extensive technologies in use in the Center, and content for the interactive kiosks in the Gallery of Philanthropy.

Nodira earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Suffolk University and her Master of business administration from Salem State University, both in Massachusetts. She previously worked for the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association as Project Coordinator, Unemployment Services & Human Resources Risk Management and Risk Management Assistant where she developed streamlined operational processes.

Originally from California, Nodira’s family relocated to the Upstate. Nodira came to Spartanburg and joined the Foundation team in 2022 to be closer to her family including siblings and twenty-five nieces and nephews. In her spare time, Nodira enjoys playing tennis and reading.
