Sometimes there is so much change so fast we start to shut down. For example, some of us have already learned to make a quick change or two that has been helpful for the pandemic; however, what about changes that we want to stick? Or ones that we’ve needed to make for a long time in our non-profits? In a crisis, at times, change is scary because it is fast, and we don’t have much control over it. This session will take a look at conducive change techniques that not only help take some of the anxiety out the unknown but ensure that the changes we create are likely to get positive results for our missions long term.
