Lakesha McCutchen serves as Community Engagement Officer and joined the Foundation team in 2023. She is responsible for implementing and managing the Foundation initiatives as part of the Community Leadership Team. She serves as a convener in the community, bringing people together from all sectors around issues and opportunities, drawing from more than 25 years of serving nonprofit organizations. Lakesha represents the Foundation in community meetings and maintains effective relationships with area nonprofit organizations, business leaders, neighborhood leaders, faith leaders, and donors. She is a 2010 Alumna of the Foundation’s Grassroots Leadership Development Institute.
Lakesha enjoys spending time with her daughter, Olivia, and traveling in her spare time.
