Neili Akridge serves as Director of Operations and joined the Foundation in 2021. She leads the Foundation’s Operations Team and works closely with the Foundation’s Trustees and President to set and maintain policies and practices to ensure efficient and equitable operations of Foundation services and facilities. Neili also manages the Foundation’s certification process with National Standards for US Community Foundations.
Neili is a Spartanburg native. She and her husband, David, have three children. Neili enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and enjoys reading and needlepointing.
