State of Philanthropic Giving

January 25, 2022 at 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

$50

We will discuss these questions and more on Tuesday, January 25, during The State of Philanthropic Giving in the Southeast, an interactive event presented by the Spartanburg County Foundation and Philanthropy Southeast. The presentation will be held from 10 AM – 12 PM. A networking lunch sponsored by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture and tours of the Robert Hett Chapman III Center for Philanthropy are included for registrants wishing to stay.

Stephen Sherman, Philanthropy Southeast’s director of research and data, will join us to review the past, present, and future of philanthropy in the region while also highlighting data and trends specific to South Carolina and Spartanburg County. We will also explore emerging forms of philanthropy poised to make a big impact, including donor-advised funds, giving circles, and online giving. This event will also include opportunities for questions and group discussion.

Registration for this event is now open – limited spaces are available.  Click here to view the full State of Philanthropy Flyer.
