As a member of this nationwide network of libraries, community foundations, and other nonprofit resource centers, Spartanburg County Public Libraries provides visitors with free public access to a core collection of grantmaker directories, books on fundraising, and nonprofit management. The core collection of reference books for grant seekers is located in the Reference Area on the upper level of the Headquarters Library.
