The Community Corner, adjacent to the Gallery is included with your Gallery reservation.  It has a couch, four chairs, two ottomans, end tables and a round table.  These may be moved prior to your event if needed.

* There is a $250 charge for removing/storing the kiosks out of the way if you would like to use the Gallery without them in place.

The kiosks may be used during your event, provided the content you wish you have displayed is reviewed by Simone Laurent, the Center for Philanthropy Administrative and Facilities Manager, prior to your event and provided at least 1 week prior to your event.

If you wish to use the kiosks, please contact Simone Laurent to discuss file types, sizes, and technical specifications for proper viewing on the kiosks?

Upon Arrival – The following guidelines are in place for organizers to help ensure success during your meeting:

• Please arrive thirty minutes early
• Upon arrival, check in at the Walter Scott Montgomery Atrium with the Administrative and Facilities Manager
• All guests must check in at the Walter Scott Montgomery Atrium. No guests are permitted to enter the building through any back door.
• Designate a meeting host to greet attendees and direct your meeting guests to the correct location.
•  Please refrain from talking loudly in the lobby area and keep doors closed while room is in use.
•  Attendees are asked to remain in their designated areas to ensure privacy for all organizations. Tours of the facility are available – please coordinate with the CFP Administrative and Facilities Manager.

Departure Checklist – Please ensure the following has been completed prior to departure:

• Return tables & chairs to original positions
• Collect all remaining items/supplies (papers, pens, etc.)
• Catering cleanup (if applicable)
  • Remove all food and beverage from the meeting room
  • Remove dishes, utensils, tablecloths, and other items that were brought in
  • Complete the departure checklist for our Denny’s Catering Kitchen (if applicable)
• Confirm that all attendees have departed
• Check out with SCF Staff in the Atrium

Unless it has already been reserved, you may request use of our Denny’s, Inc. Catering Kitchen during the timeframe you will be using Conference Room 203.  Please inform our CFP Administrative and Facilities manager, Simone Laurent, of any food service planned for your meeting.

A $25 catering fee is charged for any meeting with food service.

Catering cleanup (if applicable)

• Remove all food and beverage from the meeting room
• Remove dishes, utensils, tablecloths, and other items that were brought in
• Complete the departure checklist for our Denny’s Catering Kitchen (if applicable)

We do not.  If not already reserved, you may have the use of our catering kitchen to prepare any food you bring in or have catered for your event/meeting.  You are responsible for any food brought in, delivered, and served, as well as clean-up after any food service. Please inform our CFP Administrative and Facilities manager, Simone Laurent, of any food service planned for your meeting.
