ESTABLISHED VENDORS – those who have already received one or more payments from the Foundation
- It is the responsibility of any established vendors to inform the Foundation of any changes to their business address.
- You may be asked to complete a new (2024) version of the W-9 form. You may complete the first page of the W-9 Form and send it to accounting@spcf.org at any time.
ACH PAYMENTS
Any vendor who has submitted their current W-9 form, may also submit the ACH form to accounting@spcf.org if they would like the Foundation to process payments via ACH.
