Hailey Barnhill

Grantmaking Officer

Hailey serves as Grantmaking Officer and joined the team in 2024. As part of the Foundation’s Community Leadership team, Hailey manages the Foundation’s grantmaking processes and provides technical assistance for nonprofits building their impact across Spartanburg County. Her previous work with Upstate nonprofit organizations with statewide and national affiliations informs her work to support local nonprofit organizations served by the Spartanburg County Foundation. Hailey is passionate about fostering positive change through collaborative efforts with nonprofits and community stakeholders. She works closely with Ashley Whitt, Vice-President for Grants and Community Impact, and Lakesha McCutchen, Community Engagement Officer, as part of the Foundation’s Community Leadership Team.

Hailey enjoys baking and spending time with her family in her free time.
