Nonprofit Effectiveness Grant – Currently Accepting Applications

Nonprofit Effectiveness Grants of up to $10,000 are focused on strengthening the internal capacity or infrastructure of community-based organizations throughout Spartanburg County. Nonprofit Effectiveness grants are designed to grow organizational capacity.

For 2026, applications will be reviewed quarterly. Grant applications are completed through our online grants portal and must be submitted by 5 PM on the following dates:

Q1- Friday, February 27, 2026
Q2- Tuesday, April 21, 2026
Q3- Tuesday, July 7, 2026
Q4- Tuesday, October 6, 2026

Fund Raising Application

This application is to be completed by any Spartanburg County Foundation fundholder planning to host a fundraising event. This application must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event for Foundation review and approval.
