Kaley Greene

Kaley provides leadership, strategy, and vision for the financial, accounting, and investment activities of the Spartanburg County Foundation. She works closely with President & CEO Troy Hanna and provides oversight and management for all accounting, budgeting, investment administration, audit, and fiscal stewardship of the Foundation. She ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. In addition, Kaley coordinates and facilitates the Investment Advisory Committee’s efforts to formulate, implement, and monitor investments, spending policies, asset allocation, and investment manager/consultant hiring and evaluation.  

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2024, Kaley worked for several multi-million-dollar companies in the Upstate, developing extensive experience in all aspects of corporate accounting, financial management, and process improvement. 

When not at work, Kaley and her husband, Justin, are exploring Spartanburg’s playgrounds with their young daughter, Josey. Kaley also enjoys antiquing, exploring local coffee shops and breweries, and spending time with family at Lake Greenwood.
