Nathaly Hansana

Administrative Assistant

Nathaly is often the first to greet visitors to the Foundation’s administrative building on the Spartanburg County Foundation campus. She provides general administrative support and coordinates schedules for SCF President & CEO Troy Hanna, managing the many requests he receives for speaking engagements and personal appointments to discuss community philanthropy, fund development, and partnerships.

Nathaly also provides support for our Finance team, processing fundholder grant requests, grant expenses, accounts payable, and scholarships.

Nathaly is a graduate of the Spartanburg County Early College High School Program and Converse University with a degree in business administration, minor in social entrepreneurship, and a concentration in marketing.

Before starting her full-time role with the Foundation in 2024, Nathaly served as an intern with our Philanthropic Services team, building social media campaigns and exhibit content for the Gallery of Philanthropy, and provided record management support for the Finance team.

Nathaly is bi-lingual in English and Lao.  She enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Lucky.
